All product prices listed on the website https://ricambidepoca.shop are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the sale price. They are indicated and calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination country at the time of completing the purchase process, before payment is made. The Customer accepts Ricambi D’epoca’s right to change its prices at any time; however, goods will be invoiced based on the prices listed on the website at the time the order is placed and indicated in the acceptance email sent by Ricambi D’epoca to the Customer. In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other error that could result in a substantial change, unforeseen by Ricambi D’epoca, to the retail price, making it exorbitant or clearly negligible, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled. In this case, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation date. ⸻ Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal is available to natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right. In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products. In the case of multiple purchases made by the Customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 7-day period begins from the date of receipt of the last product. The Customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Ricambi D’epoca via an explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. The Customer may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract via certified email to: ricambidepocaoff@gmail.com If exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the goods within 14 days of notifying Ricambi D’epoca of their intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The goods must be returned to the address indicated in the reply email sent by Ricambi D’epoca. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the Customer. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, bolts, screws, etc.), and accompanied by a copy of the transport document (DDT). Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Ricambi D’epoca will refund the amount of the returned products, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days. As provided for by Article 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Ricambi D’epoca may withhold the refund until the goods are received. Ricambi D’epoca will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, if the Customer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide Ricambi D’epoca with their bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC) using the appropriate contact form, as required for the refund. ⸻ Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Articles 56 and 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014) The right of withdrawal does not apply to: – the supply of sealed goods that were opened after delivery or products that, after delivery, were inextricably mixed with other goods; – the supply of electrical equipment and various instruments (switches, tachometers, speedometers, fuel gauges, car radios, etc.), whether new or used; – any other material for which incorrect assembly by the Customer or an authorized technician may have compromised its proper functioning. ⸻ Purchase of Fabrics by the Meter (Article 1490 of the Italian Civil Code) Once purchased, the fabric cannot be replaced or refunded for any reason.
