GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES

General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply exclusively between Ricambi D’epoca, hereinafter referred to as “Ricambi,” owner of the website https://ricambidepoca.shop, and any natural or legal person making online purchases on the website https://ricambidepoca.shop, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
The terms and conditions of this contract may be subject to unilateral modification; therefore, the date of their publication on the website is equivalent to the effective date.
These terms and conditions govern purchases made on the website https://ricambidepoca.shop, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 regarding e-commerce.

For foreign customers, the reference language is Italian; all translations on the site are purely indicative and based on the reference language. If the meaning of some translated terms may be different in a foreign language, Ricambi is not responsible and rejects any subjective interpretation by the Customer. The term N.O.S. refers exclusively to “New Old Stock,” meaning aged goods that have never been sold to a customer, are no longer in production, and have never been installed. Under NO circumstances will automatic comparisons be made with original materials from automotive manufacturers, unless expressly indicated.

Purpose of the Contract
With these general conditions of sale, Ricambi sells and the Customer purchases remotely the products indicated, described, and offered for sale on the website https://ricambidepoca.shop. The distribution of these products will be governed by the general conditions of sale provided by Ricambi and available to the Customer by clicking the appropriate link when filling out the buyer’s information.
The contract is concluded exclusively online, by the Customer accessing the website https://ricambidepoca.shop and placing a purchase order according to the procedure provided on the website.
Before confirming the order, the Customer undertakes to review these general conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by Ricambi, and to accept them. The purchase constitutes proof of the Customer’s acceptance of the provisions of these general conditions of sale.
In the order acceptance email, the Customer will also receive a link to view these general conditions of sale, as required by Article 51, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
Pre-contractual information for the consumer – Article 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (amendments and additions Legislative Decree 21/2014).
Before finalizing the purchase contract, the Customer is required to review the characteristics of the goods, as illustrated in the individual product pages at the time of selection.
Furthermore, before finalizing the purchase contract and confirming the order with “obligation to pay,” the Customer is informed of:
– total price of the goods, including taxes, with a breakdown of shipping costs and any other costs;
– payment method;
– deadline by which GSF undertakes to deliver the goods;
– conditions, terms, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 7 of these General Conditions); – notification that the Customer will bear the costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal;
– after-sales service conditions.
